Chris takes an academic approach to creating a fitness program. He develops a fitness program based on scientific principles to take you from your current fitness level to the highest level you want to reach. He believes that the best results are achieved when you train smart, not hard.
During his free time, Chris enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains: hiking or backpacking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. He is also always up for a competitive game of golf or racquetball.
