James Mingle


I believe that the body is meant to be pushed to grow and reach full potential. I
emphasize form above weight and muscle contraction above moving the weight
through space. Full muscle development and functional range of motion is the goal
of training. With the right combination of training, diet, and persistence, change will
happen. With discipline, the changes will become a lifestyle.


Recently, I competed in a classic physique competition and placed 1st in
overall. I also enjoy hiking to new places, camping, and hunting. I am always
down for new adventures and meeting new people!
