Matthew creates fitness programs from his knowledge and his experience. He believes in perfect technique to avoid injury and variations in the workouts for continuous adaptations. Also, he strongly believes that this is a lifestyle and consistency is key. Being able to push yourself to become mentally tough is where you find success.
When Matthew has free time he enjoys being active. A few of his favorite things to do are hiking, volleyball, golf, and anything competitive. He also loves spending time with his family and friends. And he doesn’t mind watching a good movie every so often either.
