Philosophy

Ryan uses his background in Exercise Science in order to build health and fitness programs for his clients. Using his knowledge in anatomy, psychology, exercise physiology, and biomechanics, he is able to develop a program that guides his clients to their fitness goals. He believes that hard work and dedication to a healthier life will not only help his clients to better their health, but will also teach them that they can do anything in life that they apply themselves to.

Background

Ryan grew up playing baseball through high school. He played other sports throughout his life, but baseball was his true passion. When he decided not to play in college, he started to look for a new hobby. He had struggled with his weight throughout high school, and thought going to the gym would be a fun and new hobby. What started out as a hobby, then became his passion. Since then, Ryan has competed in three Men’s Physique Bodybuilding competitions and is in training to continue competing. He has dedicated his life to a health and fitness, but more importantly, he has dedicated himself to helping others reach their own goals in fitness and life.

Education

Ryan attended and graduated Colorado Mesa University in the Spring of 2016 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Certification in Personal Training (CPT). He also earned recognition as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Hobbies

When Ryan isn’t in the gym, he spends most of his time hanging out with family and friends. He loves to get involved in some friendly competitions with his friends in different sports. He is also big into the concert and music scene, and he loves going to catch a concert of one of his favorite bands whenever he can.
