PHILOSOPHY

Chris takes an academic approach to creating a fitness program. He develops a fitness program based on scientific principles to take you from your current fitness level to the highest level you want to reach. He believes that the best results are achieved when you train smart, not hard.

HOBBIES

During his free time, Chris enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains: hiking or backpacking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. He is also always up for a competitive game of golf or racquetball.

PHILOSOPHY

Ryan uses his background in Exercise Science in order to build health and fitness programs for his clients. Using his knowledge in anatomy, psychology, exercise physiology, and biomechanics, he is able to develop a program that guides his clients to their fitness goals. He believes that hard work and dedication to a healthier life will not only help his clients to better their health, but will also teach them that they can do anything in life that they apply themselves to

HOBBIES

When Ryan isn’t in the gym, he spends most of his time hanging out with family and friends. He loves to get involved in some friendly competitions in different sports. He is also big into the concert and music scene.

Tanner uses his background in the United States Navy when designing his fitness programs for his clients. He believes that challenging work and dedication to a healthier life will help his clients to better their own health

HOBBIES

When he is not training others, Tanner spends most of his time with friends and family. He enjoys playing video games with his friends and helping his family on the farm.  He is also big into movies whether it is the latest hit or an old classic. He loves to catch the newest movie in theaters whenever he can..
